About The Position

We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join a manufacturing warehouse team. This role supports daily production and distribution operations by handling materials, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Both day and night shifts are available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be able to pass a drug and background screening
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience a plus (not required)
• Ability to lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work assigned shift
• Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to train)

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for production or shipment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Assist with inventory counts and documentation
• Work closely with production and shipping teams to meet deadlines
