Requirements

  • 2 years supervisory or lead experience.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and problem-solve in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • PC Proficient using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of each warehouse employee through the utilization of harnesses, forklifts, scissor lifts, etc.
  • Provide problem solving solutions to opportunities that arise with Safety/Quality/Delivery/Inventory/Productivity.
  • Drive performance by collaborating with production and customer service departments to achieve 95% on time delivery.
  • Supervise the receiving and storing of material, equipment, merchandise, and supplies while maintaining a cycle count accuracy of 98%.
  • Ensure inspections of incoming material are performed for supplier quality compliance.
  • Direct the planning and assignment of work for the most efficient use of personnel and equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
