About The Position

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performing various tasks within our warehouse facility to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of goods to our customers. Responsibilities: Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments of goods and materials. Accurately record and track inventory using computerized systems or manual counts. Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items according to customer specifications. Pull and pick orders Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and placement of goods. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of debris. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner. Perform regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Assist with other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations. Moves, lifts, carries, and places materials and supplies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 30lbs, walk, stand, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
  • Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills is required
  • Ability to work in an extreme hot or cold environment.
  • Position spends a significant amount of time standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse equipment and computerized inventory systems is a plus.
