About The Position

Are you looking for a fast paced, fun team of skilled technicians that make the best safety equipment in the PPE industry? Our Warehouse Operations team is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include the functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. The team is also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers. You will need to clean and keep the aisle free of loose boxes and other materials while also keeping shelves, the pallet area and workstations neat at all times. You will be trained in ensuring you understand unit measurement and being able to apply measurements to customers’ specifications and inspect shipments to deliver correct order fulfillment. Picking products neatly and cutting boxes according to specified details, building pallets with orders and positioning them in loading docks will also be part of your daily routine.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to operate an electric pallet jack and RF scan gun with proficiency
  • Physical ability to lift -up to 75 lbs. pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Good communication, organizational and time management skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting, especially in picking or material handling, preferred.
