About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Wheat Ridge team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, packaging, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum one year of warehouse or industrial experience preferred
Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification
Basic computer proficiency and experience using RF scanners
Basic math skills required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be able to pass company drug screening

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company standards
Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips, and inspect merchandise for damage or defects
Break down pallets and stage products in designated receiving areas
Accurately stock products into proper warehouse shelf and bin locations
Perform inventory transactions using RF scanners and internal systems
Pull customer orders accurately by locating correct aisle and bin locations
Verify product and quantity prior to order processing
Package finished goods using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery
Follow company and carrier packaging guidelines
Assist with inventory organization and overstock placement as needed
Support overall warehouse workflow to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
