About The Position

We are looking for a motivated, high-energy Warehouse Associate to join our branch. In this role, you won’t just move boxes; you will ensure our entire supply chain remains seamless—from the moment a product arrives to the second it’s loaded for a customer. Location: Norcross, GAPay: $16.40 to $19.30 per hour; eligible for quarterly logistics incentivesShift: 7am start / Monday-Friday Why Join Us? The Role: On any given day, your responsibilities will include: Shipping & Receiving: You’ll unload containers, check purchase orders for accuracy, and stock items in their designated homes. Order Fulfillment: You will pick, stage, and prepare customer orders, ensuring everything is shrink-wrapped, boxed, and labeled to perfection. Quality Control: You are our final line of defense. You will inspect every item to ensure no damaged goods enter our inventory or leave our dock. Equipment Operation: We’ll count on you to safely operate and maintain pallet jacks and other material handling equipment. What you need: Physically Capable: You are comfortable with strenuous physical exertion, including the ability to lift over 50 pounds and work in various climatic conditions or at heights. Detail-Oriented: You can follow complex oral or written instructions and apply specific rules to organize inventory correctly. Reliable: You have a solid work history, maintain excellent attendance, and are available for extended hours when our mission requires it.
