We’ve completed 10’s of thousands of trips so far and are busy multiplying our Las Vegas fleet just to meet demand! ...And soon we’ll be expanding across the US & Europe 🚀 Why this role is awesome This is a hands-on, high-ownership warehouse role in a company that’s moving fast and scaling globally. As our Warehouse & Inventory Associate, you’ll own day-to-day warehouse operations in Las Vegas, making sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time, with the right quality. You’ll work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Production to keep vehicles and remote driving systems running without disruption. If you like responsibility, variety, and being the person things depend on, this role delivers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in inbound and outbound warehousing.
  • Strong experience with inventory management and cycle counting.
  • Proficiency using a WMS and/or ERP system.
  • High attention to detail, especially in inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.
  • Clear communicator who works well cross-functionally.
  • Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energetic, practical, and comfortable owning problems end to end.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in an engineering, industrial, or automotive environment.
  • Experience with incoming inspections, quality control, or warehouse coordination.
  • Experience with Odoo or similar ERP/WMS tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day management of the Las Vegas warehouse.
  • Manage stock levels and perform regular inventory counts and audits.
  • Ensure stock availability while maintaining appropriate safety stock.
  • Execute inbound material movements and outbound shipments globally.
  • Support international shipments and handle customs-related topics when required.
  • Prepare and stage carts and materials for production bring-ups.
  • Perform incoming inspections on received goods.
  • Manage claims, returns, and follow-ups with suppliers in case of quality or quantity issues.
  • Monitor inventory usage and forecast upcoming demand.
  • Proactively flag risks related to shortages, overstock, or obsolescence.
  • Execute spot buying of goods and services when needed to keep operations moving.
  • Support planning, setup, and execution of new warehouses and production feed processes in international locations.
  • Travel internationally on occasion to support warehouse or production ramp-ups.
