As an HVAC Warehouse Associate, you will: • Ensure Operational Efficiency: Accurately pick, pack, and manage inventory to keep our warehouse running smoothly. • Prioritize Safety and Precision: Utilize your forklift certification and warehouse experience to handle materials safely and effectively. • Maintain Quality Standards: Uphold high levels of quality control to ensure accurate order fulfillment. • Leverage Technical Skills: Operate RF scanners and reach trucks to enhance productivity and service delivery. • Provide Excellent Service: Work in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring
• Good communication skills for working with team members
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, sorting, and staging inventory in the warehouse
• Will be primarily responsible for deliveries to our valued customers
• Warehouse up-keep: ensuring organization and warehouse appearance
• Safe operation of forklift and other material handling equipment
• Scanning and recording of customer orders and inventory
• Must participate in regular inventory counts
• Other warehouse associated duties as assigned by management
