Position Overview: Frank Beverage Gorup is hiring for a 1st shift Warehouse Associate! The Warehouse Associate position is responsible for using the voice pick system to pick individual bottles of spirits and wine quickly, accurately and safely.
Requirements
- Experience with forklifts is preferred; ability to obtain company forklift and equipment certifications is required
- Successful completion of Post-Offer Pre-Employment Physical Assessment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work with minimal supervision; self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 45 pounds on a consistent basis and up to 175 pounds on an occasional basis
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to reach, bend, walk, stoop, squat, kneel, and crouch
Nice To Haves
- Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Efficiently and quickly pick customer orders for next day delivery
- Locate products using voice pick technology
- Build boxes in an organized and functional manner; use appropriate labels and place labels accurately for scanning
- Ensure that the correct number and type of product are accurate
- Other duties as assigned
