Location: Eagan, MN The Warehouse Associate position primary role is to assist the Inventory Control Lead with the various Warehouse/Receiving/Quality Control and Receiving responsibilities.

Requirements

Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
Excellent Mathematical Skills.
Must be able to work independently while acting as a proactive team member
Able to work well under pressure to output high volume, high quality work
Solution provider with a positive “can-do “attitude
Ability to work overtime hours as needed
May be required to take a math, number and inventory test.
May be required to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Ability to read – must be able to read orders/match orders on shipping tickets to items picked.
Basic math skills and reasoning skills
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a manufacturing setting highly preferred.
Experience in H2 rooms
5S safety standard experience preferred.
One year of prior warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Primary role is to supply production departments with material from on-site and off-site warehouses.
Maintains offsite warehouse by moving product into open areas and keeping organized.
Conducts Quality Control inspections as directed by lead.
Receives all non-inventoried items and delivers to department ordered.
Responsible for Returns, contacts customer service on when product has arrived.
Weekly Cycle Count as assigned.
Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, large truck) to assist with the workload.
Unloading shipping containers as needed.
Ensure inventory is properly labeled, stored in the correct location, and organized in an efficient manner.
Delivering of product from production floor to shipping locations throughout the day to ensure on time delivery of products to customers.
Return unused product from production floor to warehouse location.
Back up for shipping and samples departments.
Successfully pass and complete H2 safety and compliance training.
Other duties as needed.
