Job Summary The Warehouse Associate will ensure all warehouse operations are carried out efficiently and responsibly. This position is responsible for all aspects of our warehouse activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of goods from receiving to shipping.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience using NetSuite for warehouse/inventory management. Previous experience working with kitting, sub-assemblies, BOM’s, and checkouts required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Forklift experience required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States. No sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products, as well as pickups from on site 3rd party shipping/receiving departments.
  • Utilize NetSuite to manage inventory, track orders, and generate reports.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and processes to maximize space and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and operations to ensure support of product build from start to finish.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conducts physical inventory managing part number system and partners with finance to implement and manage system
  • Attends and participates in regularly scheduled and impromptu meetings.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
