We are currently hiring a temporary Warehouse Office Coordinator for our Romeoville, IL distribution center. This role offers a unique schedule, beginning on 1st Shift to allow for comprehensive training and integration, with a planned transition to 2nd Shift after three weeks of training. Requirements

  • High school graduate
  • At least 1 year’s experience in a warehouse setting
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to be oriented and multitask
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Computer experience, i.e. Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts to ship material in a timely manner
  • Use SAP to create shipping documents such as Bills of Lading and shipping labels
  • Type routine correspondence with transportation, dispatch, and internal contacts
  • Maintain daily changes to account shipping schedules
  • Answer telephone calls in a timely manner, direct calls, and take messages
  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate offices
  • Perform routine clerical functions such as logging, recording, and filing as assigned
  • Document all appropriate information promptly and clearly
  • Operate self-sufficiently and desire to learn new processes
  • Other duties as assigned
