About The Position

Merrick, Inc. is looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations and support production teams across our organization. What You’ll Do As our Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by: Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety Managing shipping and receiving, including maintaining logs and inventory counts Monitoring incoming deliveries, inspecting materials, and managing product flow Supporting internal production teams by moving products and responding to requests Providing excellent customer service and proactive problem-solving Collaborating with the Safety Committee to maintain a safe work environment Serving as backup delivery driver and assisting with facility needs (including snow removal) What We’re Looking For 21+ years old with a High School Diploma (or equivalent) Valid Class D driver’s license Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues as they arise Comfortable using electronic systems and databases Willingness to obtain forklift certification and required medical waivers Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ongoing commitment to strengthening diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace Commitment to promoting a safe and hazard-free work environment Ability to pass a criminal background check Why Merrick? Requirements

  • 21+ years old with a High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Valid Class D driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Comfortable using electronic systems and databases
