Job Description Warehouse Coordinator Are you an experienced warehouse person with experienced or familiar with computer hardware. If so, you may be just the person we are looking for. Do you have current experience in the customer computer manufacturing, production, fulfillment, and/or distribution industry? The computer industry is a fast paced, ever changing industry. Because of this, TrinWare closely follows a “do it, do it right, do it right now” philosophy. Our company has successfully adapted our business model to meet the demands of our growing and ever-changing customer base and marketplace. We are looking for a warehouse associate that can keep up with this high demand and fast pace. A creative thinker that can solve problems as they occur; while looking to the future to improve our business operations. TrinWare, a Centennial, Colorado based custom computer hardware production and fulfillment organization, is looking for a warehouse associate to elevate our business to the next level. The ideal candidate will have the desire, experience, and capabilities to become part of the operations team. The warehouse coordinator is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely receiving, stocking, staging and shipping of all computer products and peripherals in and out of the TrinWare warehouse. This includes keeping all shelves stocked neatly and filled with product in the warehouse and throughout the facility. This individual is responsible for accurately and efficiently maintaining inventory control policies and procedures throughout the warehouse. In addition, a warehouse coordinator is responsible for the kitting, fulfillment, and assembly of custom inventory and parts configuration for TrinWare clientele. The warehouse associate position will work closely with the technical production department ensuring that configured systems are prepared and packaged for shipping. This role is also responsible for confirming the organization, preparation, and serialization of the following day’s production orders assuring they have been completed before close of business. In addition, the warehouse coordinator will assist with customer service in Will Call and other areas of TrinWare as needed by the organization. Experience in the computer industry is not required but helpful for this position. In addition, a desire to learn new technology to help identify stock rotations will be key to the success of this position. Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience working in a distribution and or production warehouse
  • Minimum of a 2 Year Associates degree or related experience
  • Lift up to 70 lbs if necessary
  • Ability to be on your feet 95-100% of the day
  • Experience with UPS World Ship, Fed-Ex, Various Courier web portals, LTL and other carrier operations and software packages
  • Spend the majority of an 8 hour shift on your feet, lifting and moving products, assisting customers, etc.
  • Meticulous accuracy in shipping and inbounding products
  • Inventory control regarding stocking, pulling orders, and maintaining an efficient warehouse operation
  • Experience with inventory cycle counting
  • Experience executing inventory counts
  • Detail oriented and highly organized warehouse skills are required
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Understand general FIFO and Inventory movement accounting procedures
  • Ability to execute, process, and perform mid-inventory cycle counts
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Team player willing to help other departments as necessary

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the computer hardware industry is helpful
  • Knowledge of detailed computer products and components is preferred
  • Expertise in MAS90 (can be gained on the job)

Responsibilities

  • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and supplies by working with other associates on receiving, warehousing, shipping, and distribution
  • Preparation and assembly of customer specific kitting, assembly and packaging requirements
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical and cycle counts as needed; reconciling with inventory management software and the Director of Product Procurement
  • Supports the physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts and inspecting equipment.
  • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing business goals for all stakeholders
  • Pull, serialize, and prepare orders and shipments for the production department, will call and courier orders
  • Arrange and obtains quotes for courier and LTL services by predetermined courier and LTL companies
  • Label and stock products received in a timely and organized fashion
  • Ship products in a timely, efficient, proper, and professional manner
  • Process and sort incoming customer and vendor RMA’s in a timely and accurate fashion as required by the operation to assure operational efficiencies
  • Ensure that the production department’s orders & peripherals are pulled and prepared in advance for efficient and timely order processing
  • Organize shipping, receiving, and warehouse area each day in preparation for the next business day
  • Assist the Production Department in packaging finished goods accordingly
  • Other duties as assigned by the Technical Production Manager and/or Operations Manager of TrinWare
