About The Position

Lineage is expanding! Apply today to learn more about joining Lineage. Lineage is hiring a Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional customer service while supporting warehouse operations. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, process orders, track product availability, and coordinate with drivers and the warehouse team to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED (may vary by facility)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English proficiency may be required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer systems
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. (weight may vary depending on facility)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers to resolve questions, concerns, or issues promptly
  • Invoice and verify accounts accurately and in a timely manner
  • Verify inbound receipts for accuracy and report discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain professional customer relationships
  • Generate customer reports as requested (weekly, monthly, or specialized reports)
  • Check in truck drivers, verify shipping documents, and schedule delivery/pickup appointments
  • Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure product availability and timely processing of orders
  • Collaborate with Operations on special client requests, expediting when necessary
  • Maintain and file documentation in an organized and comprehensive manner
  • Partner with Inventory and Operations to research inventory discrepancies and misplacements
