Warehouse Driver
About The Position
Torque Supply provides safety equipment for all industrial and commercial applications. We offer a wide range of construction safety products, including PPE, fall protection equipment, and other essential job-site safety supplies. We are currently seeking a Delivery Driver who will operate a van, box truck, or pickup truck to transport materials from our warehouse to local construction sites and affiliated construction groups. This position is responsible for loading and unloading products, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. During downtime, the Delivery Driver will also assist with general warehouse duties to help maintain efficient daily operations. This role plays a key part in supporting our team and ensuring our customers receive the equipment they need safely and on time.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read maps, follow GPS directions, and navigate routes efficiently.
- Basic math skills and ability to document deliveries accurately.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Construction industry experience preferred.
- Prior delivery experience.
- Forklift certified/experience.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver safety equipment to construction sites, warehouses, and other locations.
- Load, unload, and secure materials to ensure safe transport.
- Verify delivery orders and maintain accurate delivery logs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and customers regarding delivery status and any issues.
- Maintain vehicles in good working condition, including pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and federal/state driving regulations.
- Assist with other warehouse or job site duties as needed.
