Job Description: Pitney Bowes is hiring a Warehouse Facilities Maintenance Associate - 1st in Levittown, Pennsylvania at our Presort Services facility! Your hourly pay will be $27 paid weekly with the possible opportunity for overtime. Your 1st Shift schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST. Weekend availability may be required based on business needs. This role also requires flexibility, as work hours may need to adjust depending on repair demands. You are an individual that can prioritize tasks and get the job done with minimal supervision and is able to maintain daily operations of the physical facility. You will:

Requirements

  • 1 year of basic maintenance experience preferred.
  • Experience operating Power Industrial Vehicles (PIV) equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers and / or reach trucks.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Demonstrated strong attendance, positive attitude, and a track record of dependability and versatility.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective conflict‑resolution abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and comfortably bend, stand, squat, and walk for extended periods, with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support vendors and contractors as needed.
  • Conduct monthly inspections of compressors, first‑aid cabinets, eyewash stations, chemical storage, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, ladders, doors, electrical systems, machinery, racks, mats, and other facility equipment.
  • Maintain daily cleanliness and safe conditions of both interior and exterior facility grounds in all seasons.
  • Perform general maintenance and “handy worker” tasks, including furniture and equipment moves, basic electrical work, painting, repairs, and setup for employee events or gatherings.
  • Manage and complete various inspections throughout the year, ranging from weekly to annual requirements.
  • Operate a forklift safely and in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
