Warehouse/Forklift Associate
About The Position
Pinnacle Staffing is looking for a Warehouse associate to join our client's team located in Glendale AZ. to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping products, and operating forklifts while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced setting. Schedule: M-F 7:00AM - 3:30PM Pay rate: $18.00/hr. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Forklift experience required
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach, or pallet jack, as applicable) safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately
- Label, sort, and organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock control
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
