About The Position

Located in Kentwood, LA, Cajun Prep is the leader in prep services for amazon and e-commerce fulfillment. It’s our passion to serve our customers with timely prep, clear communication, great rates, affordable storage and impeccable service. The Warehouse Fulfillment Associate will work efficiently to process inventory orders accurately to be shipped for our high-volume online sellers.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Experience working in a high-volume distribution center
Organized with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to lift and move 50 pounds consistently throughout the day in a fast-paced environment
Experience and/or ability to use a pallet jack
Fast learner with ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Computer proficiency
Positive attitude with the ability to work in a team based, collaborative environment
Ability to multitask

Responsibilities

Receive, prep, pack and ship general merchandise sent by our clients
Enter correct quantities and additional information into our computer system
Print and place labels on boxes and stage in the pickup area
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all safety procedures and actively participates in safety training
Maintain safe and efficient use of equipment, tools, and person; reports any injury, accident, or unsafe condition to supervisor immediately
Other duties as assigned
