About The Position

The Warehouse Helper Supports the operations of the warehouse department to ensure accuracy, completeness, packaging and distribution of warehouse orders. RESPONSIBILITIES Other responsibilities include, but not limited to: Follows the instruction and direction of the Warehouse Supervisor to complete daily tasks. Assists in managing the deliveries and pick-ups from vendors and suppliers, coordinates notification and distribution. Engage in receiving, organizing, packing, returns, cleaning and disposal of product and/or equipment from events. Keeps a clean and orderly warehouse and office, with proper record keeping of packing lists and orders. Supports in the accurate inventory of beverages, disposables and equipment. Aids the Warehouse Lead in the Studio operation and managing deliveries, pick-ups, furniture requests, trash disposable, return of products and alcohol to the warehouse. Occasionally steps in to help other Operations departments when needed. Performs other duties associated with the position that are reasonably assigned to support the overall needs of the business.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have the ability to lift 10-20 lbs. numerous times each day and up to 60 lbs. a few times each day.
  • Must be able to push and pull up to 150 lbs. frequently.
  • Requires frequent bending, twisting and overhead reaching.
  • Must be able to walk frequently and stand for long periods of time
  • Familiar with equipment and event management.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and to meet deadlines.
  • Pleasant and helpful personality.

Responsibilities
