Warehouse Inventory Clerk

Quality Enclosures, Inc. is looking for an Inventory Support Clerk to join our growing team! Quality Enclosures, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of custom shower enclosures and flat-glass products in the Northeast. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our warehouse and inventory operations. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer and data entry skills (Excel a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with others
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse, inventory, or clerical experience a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Support daily inventory and warehouse operations
- Enter and maintain accurate inventory data
- Assist with receiving materials and verifying quantities
- Help with inventory counts and organization
- Label, stage, and organize materials for production
- Prepare and organize inventory paperwork
- Issue materials to production teams and record transactions
- Communicate inventory issues to the team
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform general warehouse and clerical tasks as needed
