Requirements

  • 5+ years in warehouse/distribution operations, you know what “good” looks like.
  • Solid fundamentals in receiving, picking, replenishment, and inventory control.
  • Experience leading or coordinating a team, working lead experience is a big plus
  • Confidence around material-handling equipment (forklift experience a plus; willingness to certify is great).
  • Comfort using systems like SAP, barcode scanning, or other warehouse/inventory tools.
  • Clear communicator who stays calm, solves problems, and keeps priorities straight.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing experience is a plus (you’ll love the pace if you’ve been in it before).

Responsibilities

  • Own the daily warehouse rhythm, receiving, replenishment, picking, and inventory control.
  • Set priorities, assign work, and keep orders moving, accurately and on time.
  • Coach, train, and support associates; be the go-to for workflow and process questions.
  • Protect inventory accuracy with cycle counts, audits, and fast discrepancy follow-up.
  • Champion safety every day, proper handling, labeling, documentation, PPE/OSHA.
  • Get hands-on with equipment (forklift/pallet jack; we’ll certify if needed) and drive continuous improvement/lean wins.
