About The Position

We are currently searching for a Warehouse Lead to join the team at our facility in Fairfield, OH! The Warehouse Lead is responsible for working in the facility with the Supervisor and team to ensure that specific departmental goals and metrics are met. Areas of focus for the Warehouse Lead includes Safety, Support, Quality Control, Material Handling, etc. The hours for this role are 10:30pm - 7:00am. Premium Shift differential offered. Qualifications: Adhere to all organizational safety practices including following appropriate procedures, as well as the proper wearing of required PPE in designated areas Committed to leading by example with regards to attendance, work quality, and exhibiting a positive attitude Committed to quality, excellent attention to detail and processes in order to reach a common goal of producing a great product for all customers Able to work independently and within a team environment; understanding that the customer need is of the utmost importance Able to understand work orders that are processed, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities: Partner with the Supervisor to develop and manage a daily schedule of all orders and assign tasks to team Ensure all orders are complete and in-full, conduct quality control, work orders are issued, and labor hours are entered correctly Partner with Supervisor to communicate appropriately regarding shipping, planning and operations Partner with Supervisor to ensure adequate staffing levels are met and guarantee that the team has what they need to be successful Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds This role requires the ability to sit for long periods of time and complete repetitive task This role requires hand dexterity Benefits: Weekly Pay Safety footwear reimbursement PPE provided by the organization (safety glasses, etc.) Know anyone amazing? Violations - If an employee receives a write up due to a policy violation or quality issue, they will not be eligible for the incentive for that month. Employment- Must be a full time Hilco employee for more than 30 days. The employee must be actively employed on the date of the incentive payout to receive it.
