Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
Experience operating powered industrial trucks and pickers.
Experience driving a forklift.
Basic math and reading skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including email.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Careful attention to detail and timely follow-through.
Intermediate level computer skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems, and the ability to learn and navigate Syteline using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS shipping software.
Able to lift 35-45 pounds repetitively.
Must have a valid CA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
Receive and put up weekly inbound inventory.
Perform cycle counts as directed.
Arrange freight carriers as needed.
Maintain warehouse organization following 5S, maintenance, safety, and compliance standards.
Complete RMA processing.
Process marine inventory and shipments.
Apply Ad Hoc material handling for managing items such as, sales show materials, vendor transfers, quality alerts - sort & return, weekly transfer receipts and reconciliation etc.
Interact with customers by responding timely and professionally to order inquiries, creating order entries (as a backup), and providing friendly phone support.
Comply with all procedures and safety programs.
Understand and practice Quality System requirements and documentation (i.e., applicable inspection, verification, and disposition procedures, and/or instructions and forms required as part of the process).
