Key Responsibilities: Responsible for accounting entries, funds transfers and execution of warehouse funding advances and settlements for Mortgage Warehouse lending Work with partner banks on syndications and participations related to warehouse lines Develop accounting procedures to support HELOC, Gestation, Mark-to-Market, and syndication related payments Process funding advance wires, fee processing and investor wires within established service level agreements Manage the mark to market interest invoicing and net funding transfers Perform General Ledger research and adjustments Audit Coordination: Coordinate and manage submissions for audit requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Product Development Support: Collaborate in the development and implementation of new mortgage finance products. Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and address regulatory and procedural non-compliance issues. Maintain data integrity across various systems. Key Competencies: Leadership: Ability to provide clear direction and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing documentation and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. Experience: At least four (4+) years of banking experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse lending, loan operations, or the mortgage industry preferred Proficiency in financial systems and software, with advanced skills in Excel. In-depth knowledge of warehouse lending legal documents and mortgage originator business models. Experience with ProMerit or equivalent systems. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least four (4+) years of banking experience
  • Proficiency in financial systems and software, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse lending legal documents and mortgage originator business models.
  • Ability to provide clear direction and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
