The Manager SSC Warehouse is a first-level manager who manages the daily operations of a retail warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution. This role focuses on optimizing processes, maintaining accurate inventory records, and leading a team to meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
6-8 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
1-3 years of management experience.
Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in one's own job discipline or field.
Focused on and responsible for their team's productivity and collective impact.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Able to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage time effectively.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Suite of products.
Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.
Maintain organized and clean warehouse facilities to ensure efficient workflow.
Oversee inventory management processes, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
Monitor stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and ensure accurate inventory records.
Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to manage inventory replenishment and forecasting.
Ensure timely and accurate order processing, shipping, and returns management.
Work with logistics partners to coordinate deliveries and resolve shipping issues.
Optimize order fulfillment processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline warehouse operations.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.
Leverage data and analytics to drive operational decisions and improvements.
Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records related to warehouse operations and audits.
Performs other duties as needed.
