Your Role As Warehouse Manager: You’ll lead a team of warehouse coordinators. Leading isn’t just about managing projects and tasks (that’s part of it), but it’s about encouraging and inspiring! You’ll help guide your coordinators to become the best at what they do. You’ll receive and store parts. When we have deliveries, you’ll help make sure these parts are put in their proper places so things stay organized. You’ll pull parts to help complete jobs. When other departments are working on jobs for customers, you’ll find and pull the parts needed to get things done quickly! Build the warehouse team into one everyone wants to be part of! Teach, develop, and support the warehouse team. You want the vibes to be fun and encouraging for everyone on your team! Act as “traffic controller” for technicians and installers. When our field employees need resources, you’ll be the one making sure things keep moving. We wanna get customers taken care of in one call as often as possible, and you’ll play a huge role in making that happen! Requirements

At least three years of leadership and supervisory experience
At least three years of warehouse/inventory control experience
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory ability
Valid Driver’s license and acceptable DMV record
Must be able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced stressful environment
Must have experience in computer data entry within databases, spreadsheets, and have the ability to enter data in “real time” quickly and accurately
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to tactfully and diplomatically diffuse contentious situations
Ability to recognize and establish priorities
Ability to coach and develop members for improvement
Strong customer orientation and communication skills
Ability to quickly analyze a situation and provide an effective solution
High performance team player with a commitment to company values
Ability to maintain safe work practices and adhere to company safety standards
Ability to become forklift certified
Ability to fluently speak, write, and read in the English language
High school diploma or GED
