Responsibilities

  • Lead & Direct: Manage, schedule, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring adequate coverage across all shifts while serving as a professional role model.
  • Optimize Operations: Maximize space utilization through smart warehouse layouts and implement contingency plans to keep us running through weather or equipment disruptions.
  • Master Inventory & Data: Take full ownership of inventory control, tracking KPIs like picking accuracy, productivity, and shrinkage to identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Safety & Maintenance: Oversee the safe operation of all equipment and coordinate necessary repairs while maintaining a clean, regulation-compliant environment.
  • Collaborate & Connect: Work closely with sales, delivery teams, and beverage vendors to ensure efficient product flow and timely logistics.
