This role involves ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials to designated item balance locations, as dictated by manufacturing or service orders. 3rd Shift Monday-Friday 10:30pm - 6:45am Starting at $17.50/HR plus $2.50 Shift Differential = $20.00/HR! Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume warehouse environment, with proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends during peak periods as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform JIT and nightly order picking using handheld scanners and industrial lift equipment, following instructions from the Materials Picking Group Lead.
• Transport materials to production lines and return finished goods to the Distribution Center for proper storage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by identifying and reporting discrepancies to management.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure safety and operational compliance.
• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other industrial vehicles to efficiently load, move, and stage materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to support smooth operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership based on business needs.
