About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Warehouse & Materials Coordinator to support our operations in Tye, TX. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are accurately received, tracked, and prepared for field and warehouse use. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and hands-on experience with material handling in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or material handling.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in both indoor warehouse and outdoor yard conditions.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency for inventory entry and tracking.

Nice To Haves

Experience in industrial, construction, telecom, or utility material environments.
Familiarity with IMS, ERP systems, or other inventory management tools.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
Accurately stage, label, and store materials in designated warehouse or yard locations.
Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using tracking software or manual logs.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies, low stock levels, and material concerns.
Support cycle counts, reconciliation efforts, and full inventory audits.
Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
Load and unload trailers and trucks in alignment with company safety standards.
Move, stack, and organize materials efficiently to optimize storage and workflow.
Keep warehouse and yard areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and field teams to ensure timely material availability.
Assist with general warehouse and yard tasks as needed to support daily operations.
