About The Position
Internship Goals: Learning departmental processes and procedures Identify, develop, and deploy your personal leadership style within a high-demand distribution facility Develop the skills needed to prioritize and delegate daily workload to ensure completion and accuracy Identify your “Team Relate” types and how to use them to be successful Identify and contribute to any department related CI projects
Requirements
- College Junior or Senior working toward management, logistics, supply chain, or a similar degree program
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience – highly preferred
- A keen eye for identifying process or system errors with a drive to improve those processes
