About The Position
We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead operations within a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse logistics, inventory control, safety compliance, and team leadership while driving efficiency and productivity across the operation.
Requirements
- 2+ years warehouse leadership experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR 6+ years of warehouse/operations experience
- Experience managing teams in a warehouse or distribution setting
- Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, and logistics operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word)
Responsibilities
- Overseeing warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management
- Leading and developing supervisors, drivers, and warehouse staff
- Managing staffing, scheduling, and workflow planning
- Ensuring safety compliance and facility standards
- Monitoring operational performance and implementing improvements
- Maintaining warehouse equipment, vehicles, and facilities
- Supporting operational planning and cost control
