DISHER is currently partnering with a global service supply chain leader specializing in mission-critical, post-sales solutions for hardware and technology companies. In this role you will lead the activities of warehouse staff across several functions (Picking, Shipping, Receiving, etc.) in support of customer owned materials including but not limited to medical devices, networking and communications devices, security/ threat detection and related components, and participate as part of the warehouse leadership team to help ensure operational excellence. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial technology, logistics, transportation, business management or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in lieu of education
  • Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible supervision experience in the logistics industry and/or supply management
  • Demonstrate a client‑first approach to operational challenges
  • An energetic leader with the professional background and experience managing, mentoring, coaching and guiding people and performance metrics and drive accountability throughout the organization
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to make decisions in a rapidly changing, and competitive environment
  • An understanding of quality and production standards including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and Six Sigma
  • An established track record leading organizations to operational excellence and outstanding customer service in a service-oriented business with multiple, geographically dispersed locations
  • Demonstrated proficiency using MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with WMS and ERP type systems, including RF scanners and carrier shipping systems
  • Ability to occasionally work after-hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

  • Support internal teams to achieve inventory integrity, order fulfillment, and related inventory goals.
  • Ensure efficient, effective processes for inbound, outbound, and product storage activities.
  • Ensure accurate, on-time delivery to customers and stocking locations while meeting required KPIs.
  • Monitor daily distribution center processes to ensure compliance with statements of work and service-level agreements.
  • Prepare and deliver timely, accurate KPI reports to support customer expectations.
  • Monitor, maintain, and improve processes to ensure accurate, on-time material movement both in systems and physically.
  • Partner with Operations or DC Manager to review and evaluate DC operations against contracts, procedures, quality standards, and customer expectations.
  • Supervise the Control Tower to ensure effective communication and coordination for efficient order processing.
  • Train new and existing employees on company and warehouse procedures and support performance management activities.
  • Maintain a safe, clean warehouse environment, including facility walkthroughs, safety monitoring, and oversight of RF scanner availability and condition.
