About the role
1 year+ forklift experience needed. Machine palletizer experience is a plus but not required.
Must be able to understand and use SAP functions
Must be able to use equipment needed to perform job (computer, scan gun, portable printer, forklift, machine functions, radio (walkie talkie)).
Must have problem solving skills.
Individual will have to complete a 90-day probational period with no attendance issues and perform job functions.
Must be able to work 8 hour nights, Monday - Friday, including weekends as needed.
Must be able to comply with all Kerry's safety policies, GMP's, and food safety regulations.
Must have reliable Transportation.
Must have good communication throughout the job.
Must be a team player and work well alone or with a team.
Individual will be crossed trained in multiple areas within the department.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
Able to work well in moments of stressful situations.
Must be able to understand, write, read and speak English.
Must have a basic Knowledge in math.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as it its needed throughout the night.
Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions including reading production schedule.
Complete any other assigned duties.
