About The Position

In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. The Warehouse Personnel are also responsible for the GMP’s and sanitation requirements for the receiving / warehousing area. You’ll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• 1 year of work experience in any industry
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
• Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of warehousing work experience
• Forklift experience

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery
• Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
• Successful forklift certification required
