About The Position

McNaughton-McKay Electric Company is a long-standing electrical distribution company serving contractors, industrial customers, and manufacturers. We are hiring a reliable warehouse team members for our Columbus distribution center. This is a full-time, day-shift role with consistent hours and long-term career potential. Schedule Monday – Friday 1st shift No weekends No holidays Pay $17.50 – $22.50 per hour Pay based on warehouse experience and equipment operation skills. This role supports daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, receiving, and inventory. Our warehouse team works together to ensure customer orders ship accurately and on time each day. We are looking for team members who want a long-term role with a dependable company, not just a short-term job.

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 1-year work experience, warehousing experience preferred.
Basic PC skills with MS Office Products preferred.
Operate computer terminal and other computer related equipment relevant to job duties.
High level of initiative, commitment, and devotion to fulfill company mission statement.

Nice To Haves

Warehouse or equipment experience is helpful but not required. We provide training.

Responsibilities

Picking customer orders using an RF scanner
Operating equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers
Stocking and organizing warehouse inventory
Receiving inbound shipments
Preparing and staging orders for shipment
Assisting other warehouse areas when needed
