About The Position

The Warehouse Auditor is responsible for auditing warehouse operational processes to ensure accuracy and process compliance. Auditors will also perform warehouse Generalist functions as time allows. Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) Location: Ephrata, PA (onsite) What you get to do as a Warehouse Auditor/Generalist Auditor Responsibilities Review and audit warehouse operations, including breakdown, receiving, running from the dock, put-away, replenishment, high-lift picking, RF picking, voice selection, and loading. Identify and document all discrepancies found during audits. Ensure pallets are built correctly to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Communicate audit findings to warehouse leads and managers so issues can be corrected in a timely manner. Generalist responsibilities Safely, accurately, and efficiently perform assigned warehouse tasks, which may include selecting orders, loading trucks, counting inventory, room management, case picking (outs), and general dock work (receiving, put-away, restacking, lumping). Understand and follow basic produce storage and handling requirements. Complete all required paperwork for each assignment on time. Operate equipment safely, follow safe work practices, maintain a clean and safe work area, and comply with food safety policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to correctly identify products we sell.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
