The Job: As a Quality Auditor , you’ll be part of our growing team working as a n on-site employee. You’ll get to utilize JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Exacta to conduct audits, analyze data, and implement corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various industry quality management systems and a strong understanding of warehouse processes. You’ll also get to:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience in a quality assurance or auditing role within a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Proficient in JDA WMS and Exacta; experience with other WMS or quality management systems is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of industry quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, GMP).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the distribution center for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc quality audits of inbound, outbound, and inventory processes using JDA WMS and Exacta.
  • Monitor and verify compliance with company and industry quality standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify , document, and report non-conformances, discrepancies, and process deviations.
  • Collaborate with operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze audit findings and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of audit activities, findings, and corrective actions in accordance with quality management system requirements.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train and mentor distribution center staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and advancements in quality management systems.
