  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate various materials handling equipment including fork trucks and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

  • helping plan, guide, and direct staff members in an efficient and timely manner to meet customer demands, expectations, deadline, and all administration duties. As well as problem solving.
  • process product returns, work with warehouse personnel for all other needed responsibilities and High-volume, fast-paced working environment.
  • answer questions, input accurate return information on customer accounts and perform general warehouse duties, and warehouse cleanup.
  • Taking ownership for achieving department goals; monitoring all daily reports.
  • Ensuring that associate workload is managed appropriately.
  • Ensuring team associates follow proper procedures, and that safety, productivity and quality goals are achieved.
  • Managing employee relations issues, to include coaching, counseling and corrective action.
  • Assisting in the training of new associates.
  • Setting the tone in the department for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining excellent cross-functional and interdepartmental communication.
  • Directs and oversees the Returns process of sorting, packing, and processing to meet customer deadlines
  • Assist Returns supervisors to help navigate and prioritize returns
  • Assist the Returns Supervisor in scheduling, monitoring, training, and discipline of department staff members.
  • Routinely conduct department meetings.
  • Monitor customers returns and emails frequently to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep work areas clean and clear of safety hazards
  • Other various duties will be assigned by the department Manager.
