Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Basic computer knowledge required. Must be able to utilize database software, inventory software, order-processing systems, and word-processing software.
Must be able to regularly lift/move 50-75 pounds, and occasionally lift/move 75-100 pounds.

Nice To Haves

1-3 months related experience preferred

Responsibilities

Coordination of Shipments:
Plan and coordinate shipments of goods to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and freight forwarders.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Prepare shipping documents, including BOLs, packing lists, and shipping labels.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, tracking information, and delivery confirmations
Communication
Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and carriers to facilitate smooth shipping processes.
Equipment Operation:
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
Organization and Cleanliness:
Assist in keeping the warehouse clean and free of debris while maintaining area 5S checklist.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with fellow Warehouse Teammates and other departments.
Other related duties as assigned.
