Warehouse Shipping Coordinator
About The Position
Essential Position Requirements (include but are not limited to): SAFETY FIRST – Every employee of Cellofoam North America Inc. must demonstrate a strong commitment to following all safety standards, procedures, and practices to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and others. Understanding of the manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety requirements. Efficient and accurate loading and unloading of trailers. Follow daily warehouse schedule of pulling or storing materials. Properly maintain inventory quality and accuracy. Insure all finished goods are properly identified. Complete all documents accurately and timely. Effectively communicate changes/shortages to support teams. Unpack, inspect, and route all incoming shipments while verifying quantities received. Complete final quality audits on all outgoing shipments Assist in month-end inventory counts, including scheduling personnel for count, ordering and assembling of inventory tags and counting of inventory. Perform daily forklift inspections. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other production duties as requested by supervisor. Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve issues. Maintain a positive work atmosphere with a culture of respect for others. Uses appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding plant or employee concerns. Maintain a working knowledge and is in full compliance with corporate standards for business conduct and Federal anti-trust laws. - Associate's degree or 2 years' equivalent experience
