About The Position

As a Member Specialist, you'll wear many hats—from fulfillment and shipping to member hospitality and building upkeep. This isn’t a traditional warehouse job. It's a fast-paced, physical, and member-facing role where you’ll help real small business owners thrive every day. Whether you're unloading a container, jumping into a kitting project, or answering a service request, you'll be a vital part of our Elastic Workforce (e-Force), supporting logistics needs and operational excellence in your market.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (reasonable accommodations provided).
Comfortable using tools like Slack, Gmail, and MacBooks.
Physical stamina to bend, climb, and move inventory.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in logistics, fulfillment, or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and organize inventory and delivery items.
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
Assist with inventory audits, returns processing, and kitting.
Track inbound/outbound shipments and escalate issues as needed.
Open and close the building following operational checklists.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness across warehouse, kitchen, and shared spaces.
Monitor the delivery dock and ensure smooth handoffs with drivers.
Perform daily walkthroughs to identify and resolve facility issues.
Offer hands-on support with logistics tasks and suite upkeep.
Engage with Members on the floor—answering questions and providing help.
Triage member service requests and escalate when needed.
Be an on-site ambassador for the Saltbox brand and experience.
