General responsibilities include Warehouse Associates to ensure products are stocked, selected, packed, and shipped to customers. You’ll work in one of the following roles: Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory. General responsibilities include: Receiving, picking, sorting, and labeling orders. Pack, fold, and arrange garments. Scanning shipping orders, and inputting into inventory system. Research and correct displaced, mislabeled, and missing products, perform replenishments, cycle counts, stock checks, and resolve inventory and order discrepancies. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding. Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English. Great attention to detail and organization skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work in a structured and process-oriented environment Ability to multi-task and solve problems Learn tasks quickly, accurately driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance. Ability to add, subtract multiply and divide numbers. Receives incoming materials and compares information on work order to verify accuracy. Inspect shipments for damage or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor. Ensure correct boxes are used, as per customer specifications. Traces lost shipments and/or customer claims of lost shipments initiate proof of delivery documents. May operate dolly, pallet jack, may operate shrink wrap machine. Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety standards. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Receivers are responsible for the cleanliness of their work area during production and at each shift end. Floors need to be swept; all trash should be picked up and empty boxes need to be properly disposed of. You must wear the proper personal protective equipment, (if required), while working in the shipping area. Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding. Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English.
