About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Associate to support our inbound/outbound operations. This role is critical in preparing surgical inventory for scheduled hospital procedures. You will begin by training across multiple product lines to gain comprehensive knowledge of all parts and products within the warehouse. Once fully trained, you will inspect products and materials for damage, defects, or shortages and help maintain accurate inventory records. This position requires strong communication and teamwork, particularly during service-level investigations and branch audits. Organization and accuracy are essential to prevent product errors and ensure timely delivery of surgical kits.

Requirements

• Must reside in Langhorne, PA or surrounding area
• High school diploma or GED (verification required)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation (attendance and punctuality are critical)
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Professional, dependable, and ethical with high integrity

Responsibilities

• Train on multiple product lines to understand all warehouse inventory
• Pick and prepare implants and surgical instruments for orthopedic and trauma surgeries
• Build kits and bins for immediate and next-day hospital deliveries
• Inspect inventory for damage, defects, and shortages
• Maintain warehouse organization and accuracy
• Track inventory using computer systems and warehouse software
• Assist with branch inventory audits
• Communicate regularly with team members and management
• Support service-level investigations when necessary
