About The Position

The Signal Group Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the standard functions and processes of the warehouse including effective delivery and fulfillment of orders, receiving, inventory management, and the return of product. They are also responsible for the training and improvement of warehouse staff and resolving customer issues. The Warehouse Operations Lead will work proactively and collaboratively with the Vice President of Operations and other departments. This role is also responsible for meeting company standards for productivity, product knowledge, resourcefulness, and being solution driven.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of NetSuite preferred
• Knowledge of EOS preferred

Nice To Haves

• NetSuite experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in lieu of education considered

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse shipping areas that include fulfilling and shipping customer orders, ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation and overseeing the shipping process.
• Oversee the shipping schedule and/or process as needed to fulfill orders.
• Ensure products are shipped promptly and accurately and coach warehouse staff to do the same.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide training for new warehouse staff.
• Supervise the inventory control process and the receiving process.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts as needed.
• Monitor warehouse activities such as shipping quantities to evaluate proper staffing with the VP of Operations.
• Oversee returns throughout the lifecycle of the process and ensure each stage is handled promptly.
• Continuously maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Communicate with VP of Operations when warehouse workers are not complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Utilize reporting tools and resources to manage staffing, shipping, and inventory efficiencies.
• Create processes and documentation for systems affecting warehouse operations.
• 80% Rock completion rate.
• Other projects as assigned.
