Your role at Vantive The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day warehouse operations at the Tulsa distribution facility, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping activities. This role leads hourly warehouse staff, drives productivity and quality performance, ensures adherence to SOPs and safety requirements, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to meet service, cost, and compliance objectives. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational stability while supporting growth, customer service expectations, and regulatory compliance across Tulsa warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of progressive warehouse or distribution experience
  • 2 years or more prior experience in a supervisory or lead role required
  • Strong people leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms
  • Solid understanding of inventory control, labor management, and safety practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs on a routine basis
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work on the warehouse floor for extended periods
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment safely
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including off‑shift support as required

  • Experience in regulated, medical device, or quality‑driven environments strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movements
  • Ensure warehouse operations meet defined KPIs for safety, quality, service, and productivity
  • Monitor labor allocation and workflow to balance daily volume demands and priorities
  • Ensure accurate inventory transactions within WMS / ERP systems (e.g., JDE or equivalent)
  • Support on‑time completion of cycle counts and full physical inventories (weekly, monthly, annual)
  • Directly supervise warehouse associates, forklift operators, and coordinators
  • Train, coach, and develop team members on procedures, safety, and performance expectations
  • Conduct performance feedback, coaching, and corrective actions as required
  • Cross‑train team members to ensure operational coverage and flexibility
  • Enforce all safety, environmental, health, and security requirements
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and applicable regulatory standards
  • Promote a strong safety culture through audits, observations, and corrective actions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit‑ready warehouse environment at all times
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, layout, and productivity
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and standard work implementation
  • Prepare and review operational reports related to labor, inventory, and performance
  • Participate in budgeting, staffing, and capacity planning activities as needed
  • Coordinate with transportation, customer service, quality, and planning teams
  • Support oversight of third‑party logistics (3PL) activities when applicable
  • Escalate operational risks, service issues, and inventory discrepancies promptly
