About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and distribution operations for our client's high-volume, non-union Jeffersonville, IN facility. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse personnel, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a coach/mentor who thrives in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment and excels at planning, organization, and team communication. This position works Monday - Friday 3:30p - 1:00a with extra hours/shifts as needed. There is some compensation for shifts worked outside of normal schedule. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 2-3 years of high-volume distribution or warehouse
  • Experience with process development and continuous improvement
  • Experience with ERP software systems
  • Ability to change priorities quickly
  • Successful background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years' supervisory experience - highly preferred
  • Experience with AS400 software
  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations during the 2nd shift
  • Lead, coach, and develop ~50 warehouse team members to achieve operational goals
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage workflow planning, staffing, and productivity to meet shipping and receiving deadlines
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and support warehouse management system processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain and leadership
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting using warehouse and ERP systems
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices
  • Communicate effectively with employees and leadership at all levels of the organization
