Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Warehouse Team Lead - 2nd Shift to join our team. The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 per hour. The core hours are Monday - Thursday - 3:30pm-2:00am. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. The Warehouse Team Lead will assist in leading supply chain activities (shipping, receiving, warehouse and kitting). In this function you will: • Develop and Lead the Rack Auditor/Cycle Counters, Driving root cause analysis for discrepancies. • Analyzes and identifies opportunities focused on material availability to achieve optimal manufacturing lead times. Schedules and coordinates training activities for new employees as needed. • Report to the Material Planning Manager and Supply Chain Manager on a frequent basis, key inventory statistics that support the plant’s goals and objectives. Support these statistics with appropriate data, charts, root cause analysis and action plans. • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of inventory visibility projects. • Support Physical Inventory (two events per year) planning and lead the in-depth inventory analysis efforts based on results.
