In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of associates, managing inventory activities, and ensuring that safety, accuracy, and efficiency are maintained across warehouse functions. Illuminate USA, a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, is building one of the largest solar panel manufacturing factories in the Western Hemisphere. This 1.1 million-square-foot factory is currently in advanced stages of preparation in the Columbus, Ohio area. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience, including time in a leadership or team support role
Familiarity with warehouse systems (WMS), inventory practices, and safety procedures
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a physically active, fast-paced environment
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of warehouse associates to ensure daily tasks are completed safely and efficiently
Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate documentation using warehouse systems
Support receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping operations
Maintain proper product rotation (FIFO) and organization within the warehouse
Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and investigations into discrepancies
Provide training and guidance to new team members on warehouse procedures and safety practices
Coordinate closely with supervisors and other departments to maintain smooth warehouse operations
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across warehouse processes
Help ensure timely staging and availability of materials for production needs
Promote a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment
