Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
  • 1–3 years of warehouse or manufacturing leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Proven problem-solving and organizational skills; able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
  • A sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in your team's success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach warehouse employees to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-performing operation.
  • Monitor and correct unsafe conditions promptly; promote accountability for individual safety behavior.
  • Facilitate communication and consistency between shifts; conduct effective shift hand-offs.
  • Drive daily warehouse performance by improving productivity, shipment accuracy, and product quality.
  • Load and unload materials and products, coordinating with production and offsite locations as needed.
  • Ensure all products meet specifications and documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist with new hire training and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Maintain compliance with all Litehouse, state, and federal food safety and quality standards.
