Requirements

High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
1–3 years of warehouse or manufacturing leadership experience.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
Proven problem-solving and organizational skills; able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
A sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in your team's success.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach warehouse employees to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-performing operation.
Monitor and correct unsafe conditions promptly; promote accountability for individual safety behavior.
Facilitate communication and consistency between shifts; conduct effective shift hand-offs.
Drive daily warehouse performance by improving productivity, shipment accuracy, and product quality.
Load and unload materials and products, coordinating with production and offsite locations as needed.
Ensure all products meet specifications and documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Assist with new hire training and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Maintain compliance with all Litehouse, state, and federal food safety and quality standards.
